Modern Cuisine
The Michelin Guide's review
What you get here is cuisine rooted in tradition that is not beholden to the latest culinary fads. Ingredients are carefully chosen and showcased in all their simplicity, in dishes that are cooked to perfection and served with delicious sauces. The food is accompanied by wines from Burgundy or the Jura – the region where the establishment is based during the summer (the village of Bonlieu, to be precise). Reasonable prices (for Courchevel) and friendly service add to the appeal.
