This offshoot of the star establishment doesn’t do things by halves: predominantly wooden contemporary interior, an imposing counter, an open kitchen with a gleaming spit-roast oven and a shaded terrace. Wide range of spit-roast delicacies such as young Lubéron cockerel and Mont Ventoux pork, washed down of course with a glass of Châteauneuf-du-pape.
