This cosy, rustic restaurant is located in a hotel first opened in 1868, which makes it the oldest hotel in the Lötschental valley (the modern, Alpine-style rooms are particularly attractive). Excellent cuisine including Valais specialities such as duo of veal, braising jus with cooked wine, Hokkaido pumpkin and smoked potato gnocchi on the menu. Fine views from the terrace.
