The Michelin Guide's review
The name says it all: this is a place that’s passionate about oysters. They arrive here from several sources, provide fresh, pure flavours, and are presented either natural or dressed. There’s a whole host of other top-notch seafood on offer too, in understated, classically based dishes like Dover sole with capers and brown butter. A choice of caviars and a fine selection of champagnes complete the checklist of luxury items, which is matched by the plush dining room with marble-topped tables and counter seating.
