Rather than bask in the recent media hype (albeit fully deserved), Pierre is clearly determined to explore new gourmet paths to the delight of our tastebuds, such as île flottante (meringue on vanilla custard) with sweet chestnuts or truffle-flavoured poultry and Anna potatoes with an onion soufflé to die for! A buzzy, friendly vibe adds the final flourish – highly recommended.
