Bang in the middle of the Saint Esprit district, Thibault Deverre is at the helm of this bistro that cultivates a nostalgic vibe with rustic furniture and rush straw chairs. Creamy sweet potatoes and lime, broccoli tempura and parsley sorbet; hanger steak, barbecue sauce, creamy chickpeas and pumpkin crisps; carrot cake and orange pumpkin ice cream: the menu is strewn with fresh, delicately crafted, deceptively off-the-cuff, creative dishes. A definite hit with Bayonne's youthful foodies.
