After stints at la Chassagnette and Maison Rabanel, to mention but a few, Arnaud Jourdan has masterfully taken over the helm of this well-known bistro. He continues to focus on market-fresh cuisine in a bid to combine flavour with simplicity and generosity, illustrated by crunchy pig’s trotters and ears or ricotta-spinach boulettes, mushrooms and pecorino romano cheese.
