After stints at la Chassagnette and Maison Rabanel, to mention but a few, Arnaud Jourdan has masterfully taken over the helm of this well-known bistro. He continues to focus on market-fresh cuisine in a bid to combine flavour with simplicity and generosity, illustrated by crunchy pig’s trotters and ears or ricotta-spinach boulettes, mushrooms and pecorino romano cheese. A buzzy, laid-back vibe and a fine selection of natural and biodynamic wines at prices that make sense. We wager you will enjoy it as much as the many regulars.
