Patrick and Anne’s villa has been a magnet for foodies since 1991. Bold wall coverings and a designer edge add a quizzical spin to their impressive establishment, whose terrace overlooks a magnificent, landscaped garden. Chef Bogaert rolls out a classical lineup, such as quail with foie gras or hare à la royale but is not averse to playing a more modern tune, adding tangy fresh notes to his nattily crafted side dishes.
