Nhung Phung set out on a new path in life when she created her own restaurant. She is self-taught, but a natural cook. Originally from Vietnam, she grew up in Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. It's by the yardstick of these lands of flavours that she constructs her culinary personality: sensitive, intelligent, measured cooking, a hybrid of Southeast Asia and France, subtle spices and top-notch ingredients.
