One whole section of La Rôtisserie du Chambertin is given over to this restaurant that calls to mind an Alpine chalet. Lucie and Thomas Collomb propose an original culinary concept: the 20 covers are up for grabs every evening at 8pm sharp for food where rustic and gourmet meet, with seven dishes that are all about the ingredients. Unusual and delicious!
