Traditional dishes such as gnocchetti with Asiago cheese and crispy speck bacon, polenta and salted cod, and the inevitable fasoi e luganiga (beans and sausage) take pride of place on the menu in this typical inn not far from the many footpaths criss-crossing the plateau. The warm mountain atmosphere, friendly owner and simple guestrooms add to the appeal.
