Agriturismo I Muri is a working farm in the Umbrian countryside just outside Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. It offers farming and cookery lessons and a restaurant serving homegrown produce. Built in 1800, I Muri was once a horse farm that was renovated in 2000. It now offers comfortable rooms and apartments. All have a rustic design with wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The apartments also feature a kitchenette. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It serves olive oil, wine and meat produced on site. Bread, pasta and cakes are all homemade. The restaurant has 3 dining rooms, 1 with a fireplace. There is BBQ in the garden that is free to use. The Agriturismo organizes a number of courses including theater, yoga and English lessons in its conference room. A steam bath and massages are available on request. Free parking is provided. A shuttle bus is available to Città di Castello 8.1 mi away. From here you can catch busses and trains to Arezzo and Perugia.
