The Aichingerwirt is a traditional guest house and restaurant dating from 1854. It is 1.9 mi from the town of Mondsee and 0.9 mi from the shore of Lake Mondsee. The modern rooms feature a balcony, a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom. The restaurant serves traditional Austrian cuisine. Guests can dine in the garden or in the light-flooded winter garden. There is a children’s playground and a miniature golf course. From March 2017 guests can enjoy a wellness area including a sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room. Surrounded by the fields of its own farm, the Aichingerwirt is an ideal starting point for cycling and mountain biking.
