Offering traditional Japanese-style accommodations with spacious public baths, Watazen Ryokan is a 15-minute walk from the Gion area. Rooms have tatami (woven straw) floors, futon beds and a tea maker. From 13 August, free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property. During the day guests at Ryokan Watazen can enjoy the roomy seating area, and at night hotel staff prepare the Japanese futon beds. Some rooms have private bathing facilities.
