The Hotel Alpi is located in Baveno, right in the heart of the Borromeo Gulf by the shores of Lake Maggiore. WiFi is free throughout. Opposite to the hotel is the park of Villa Fedora, from which the composer Umberto Giordano took inspiration for his lyric opera Fedora. The public beach, very busy during the bathing season, can be reached by crossing the park.
