The Michelin Guide's review
In 1976, a new town hall designed by architect J.J. Konijnenburg was added to the old one (15C and 19C) which had become too small. The old section of the building has a room which dates from 1448. This former courthouse boasts a ceiling whose beams are supported by 14 corbels with sculptures depicting grotesque figures. A painting representing the Last Judgement is a reminder of the room's original purpose.
