The Michelin Guide's review
The chapel's fine stained-glass windows were designed in the 19C by Edward Burne-Jones and executed by William Morris in 1872. The subject matter strays from the classic Pre-Raphaelite themes and draws on the Old Testament: The Annunciation, Nativity, Adoration of the Magi and The Flight into Egypt. It is the use of the female face, emblematic of the movement, and shimmering colours that give away the artistic background.
