The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Founded in 1941 by steel tycoon Ralph H. Norton, this museum is renowned for its collections of American, European and Chinese art, and for its constantly evolving photography and contemporary art holdings. Names such as Monet, Gauguin, Brancusi, Matisse, Picasso and Soutine, as well as Stuart Davis, Hopper, O'Keeffe, Pollock, Sheeler are to be found here. The Chinese art collection is superb. Since 2018, the works have also been displayed outside of the fours walls, in a subtropical garden and green areas.
