Ras del Prat Cabrera
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
At an altitude of 1 739m, the Ras del Prat Cabrera is a delightful stopping place above the unspoilt Lentilla Valley. The ridges of the Serra del Roc Nègre block the view upstream, so enjoy the panorama of the Roussillon plain, the Albères mountains and the Mediterranean. The road opens out in the upper circle of the Llech Valley, which is thick with silver pines. The views are stupendous; to the north lies the southern border of the Corbières, with the deep gash made by the Galamus gorge clearly evident.
