Behind a modern facade dating from 2002 lies a museum that is over a century old. It houses one of the largest and most impressive collections of Romanesque and Gothic art from the diocese of Vic and Solsona, in addition to a precious collection of fabrics and garments. Other sections dedicated to archaeology, stone carving, glasswork, leather goods, gold and silver, iron and pottery ware complete the collections of one of Catalonia's major museums.
