Sardy gardens
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Betty and Bertie Imbs created Sardy Gardens in the 1950s within the property they had just purchased. Taking their inspiration from England and Italy, the 12ha gardens (now managed by their son) are home to colourful flowerbeds, a scent courtyard (sage, lemon trees, camphor) and an orchard, etc. From the trees behind the gardens, a lookout point offers a fine perspective over the large pond dotted with water lilies.
