The Michelin Guide's review
Ischigualasto Provincial Park encompasses within its confines alone all the landscapes of the country's great Northwest. Furthermore, Ischigualasto was once inhabited by rare dinosaurs. Covering an area 25km by 10km, it is most noteworthy for its series of unusual contours, monstrous shapes, polychrome hills, a pattern of perfectly spherical rocks, white expanses where the wind sculpts its waves, craggy cliffs... The panoramic view is staggering, changing constantly as you follow the circuit.
