The Michelin Guide's review
This harmonious Romanesque vestige (12C) of the old cathedral (re-built in the 17C) is the sole example in France of a round bell tower. The Fenestrelle tower owes its name to its five storeys of twinned windows surmounting a blind-arcaded first floor.
