The Michelin Guide's review
This church is at the end of a deserted square, on the site of the Etruscan acropolis. It has a magnificent façade in golden stone dating from the 13C and in which the Evangelists' symbols frame an Umbrian School rose window. The interior was built in the 11C by masons from Lombardy. The central nave still has its highly decorative original flooring. In the crypt a veritable forest of small columns, all different and from various eras, support groined vaulting.
