Of the museum's 9,000 works of art, only 1% is shown at any one time. Pre-Columbian and European art from the 15C to the 20C includes a fine 15C work on the life of Christ by Gallego and Bartolomé, 18C paintings by the Tiepolo workshop and art by Delacroix, Goya, Maurice Denis, Kandinsky, etc. Contemporary art is also displayed.
