Trois-Rivières Seminary
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Founded in 1860, the St. Joseph Seminary was rebuilt after a fire in 1929. Inside, the Pierre Boucher Museum presents exhibits about the region's historic, ethnographic and artistic heritage. On view are works by Antoine Plamondon, Roy-Audy, Ozias Leduc, Suzor-Côté, Rodolphe Duguay, Gaston Petit and Raymond Lasnier. Untouched by the fire, the Romanesque-style chapel is open to visitors and displays a collection of religious objects, as well as artworks by Jordi Bonet (1932-79).
