The Michelin Guide's review
Ordesa Valley (2,066ha) has been a National Park since 1918. In 1982, the park's surface area was increased seven-fold (15,608ha) to embrace the entire Mount Perdu range and the Ordesa, Añisclo, Escuaín and Pineta valleys. Its main vocation is to preserve the area's natural landscape, remarkable by its limestone terrain and rich and varied wildlife and plants. Countless hiking trails make it possible to explore cirques, waterfalls and mountain streams.
