The Michelin Guide's review
As soon as you leave the station to the west (towards Miyuki-dori), it becomes glaringly clear that the term Marunouchi, meaning "within the circle", can be applied to almost all the towers. While it used to demarcate the space set aside for the powerful daimyo lords, today it reflects the might of Mitsubishi. The group has moulded a district by the construction of iconic edifices, of which the "Maru-Biru" is one of its flagships.
