Thiers' knives need no introduction. The manufacturing process, passed down from generation to generation, comprises several stages, including cutting, heat-treating and sharpening the blade, shaping and assembling the handle, carving, engraving and polishing. Housed over two sites, the museum presents this activity, with the help of demonstrations. Temporary exhibitions round off the visit.
