Welgevonden Game Reserve, in theWaterberg Biosphere Reserve, is host to thousands of animals, including the Big Five, on 34 000ha of hilly bushland. Since 1987, the owners of this section of the Waterberg next to Marakele National Park have initiated a wilderness rehabilitation programme.
