Musée des Merveilles
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
The Musée des Merveilles is an informative museum housed in an ultramodern building and dedicated to the people who once lived around Mont Bego. Geology is examined through the use of models and tables, while the archaeological section explains the daily life of people living in the southern Alps during the Copper and Bronze Ages (note the stele known as the Tribal Chief). Lastly, an exhibition of folk art and traditions from the Roya valley depicts the region's economic history.
