A path (90mins return) with two suspended footbridges and several tunnels leads to Mikaeri falls (30m/98ft high). The incredibly dense primeval forest seems to tumble into the mountain stream. Depending on the season, the water flowing through the steep gorge is either turbulent or calm and changes from emerald green to dark blue. The site is extremely popular at spring and autumn.
