This museum in Vitelleschi palace (1439) contains a remarkable collection of objects from excavations at the Etruscan necropolis: sarcophagi, pottery, ivory, bowls and amphorae, but the highlight is the pair of fine winged horses in terracotta mentioned in the title of a novel by Marguerite Duras. Reconstitution of tombs.
