The Michelin Guide's review
The red-brick façade and green copper roofs of Stockholm's city hall stand proudly along Burnhusviken, which is dominated by the building's 106m-high square corner tower. The Three Gold Crowns on top of the cupola are the symbol of Sweden. From the terrace, visitors can enjoy an unforgettable view of the city and its islands. Inside, the Blue Hall and its majestic staircase will impress visitors. However, the most lavish room is the Golden Hall, with walls covered in golden ceramics and fragments of painted glass.
