The Michelin Guide's review
This "heritage forest" is quite unique in Provence. Spread over some 140ha/346 acres and a listed Biological Reserve, it is home to huge beech trees and enormous lindens, mixed in with maples, whose thick foliage provides shelter to yew, euonymus, ivy and holly. The shade of the high cliff, which looms over the woods to the south, maintains a cool humid climate more characteristic of the north.
