Notre-Dame Church of Saint-Lô
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
Two towers of Notre Dame Church have been preserved as they were following the liberation of the town, a testimonial to the violence of the bombing in June 1944. On one of the lower sides a small museum displays objects found in the rubble. There is a huge stained-glass window by Max Ingrand in the St Thomas of Canterbury chapel.
