The Michelin Guide's review
St-Étienne church was built in the 18C upon a Romanesque foundation. To the right of the main entrance is a small door known as the "Porte des Cagots", where a stoup was placed for the use of the "cagots", a persecuted minority. The church is noteworthy for its three floors of galleries, its raised choir with three altars featuring gilded wood altarpieces, its Baroque-style contemporary organ and painted triumphal arch. Organ recitals are held here on a regular basis.
