This museum has been set up in the buildings of the Gauthier Distillery. With its films, information panels and diverse collection of artefacts, the museum takes you back to the days of the travelling distillers, a profession which came to an end in 1960, and explains how distilling equipment evolved as well as the different stages in the production of eau-de-vie. A tasting session rounds off the visit nicely. You have the opportunity to buy any of the distillery's products, though its speciality is Poire Williams.
