This huge botanical complex occupies a disused kaolin quarry (15ha, 60m deep). Two enormous spherical greenhouses (biomes) recreate the Mediterranean climate and the tropical rainforest. The technical feat is clear, but the admission price and commercial side mar the enjoyment somewhat.
