Opened in 2002, the museum is located in the town's old electricity company building. It recounts in an informative manner the history of this crop and the importance of olive oil (cooking, hygiene, religion, etc). It describes the evoluton of processing techniques from the post-Byzantine period to the first half of the 19C. Old olive presses are on display.
