The Michelin Guide's review
A paradise of butterflies, birds of prey and mussel beds depict the Prey Nup river estuary: white-bellied sea-eagles, grey-headed fish eagles, milky or painted storks... Ream National Park, also known as Preah Sihanouk Park, protects over21,000ha/51,000 acres of virgin forest and mangroves not far from Sihanoukville. It is here, in the place where Marguerite Duras spent a portion of her childhood, that she decided to set her novel The Sea Wall.
