The Michelin Guide's review
From Setúbal, this road follows the Serra de Arrábida ridge for a stretch, commanding views over the two sides: Mt Formosinho (501m), the highest point in the range; the site of Portinho and the Sado estuary. Below is the Franciscan Friary of Arrábida (founded in 1542), and several circular chapels dotted about the mountain landscape. There are different views as you head inland, while the Tróia peninsula can be made out on the ocean.
