This is the unique part of Changdeok Palace: the Secret Garden. It includes pavilions, water features and bridges built in total harmony with the preserved environment of this huge park with its numerous glades and pleasant woods. This rare example of a traditional Korean royal garden contains many buildings, including the royal library (1777). Don't miss the Buyongji Pond site and the walk to Ongnyu Creek.
