The Michelin Guide's review
The highlight of the Western Development Museum is Boomtown, a faithful replica of this type of town, of which dozens sprung up in the Prairies towards 1910. Everything has been reproduced with the exception of the church, which is the only period building. Vintage automobiles and horse-drawn carriages line the streets and visitors can have themselves photographed in period costume while dining at Boomtown Cafe. A large collection of vintage automobiles and agricultural equipment on site.
