The Michelin Guide's review
This square is named after the cathedral's sole Romanesque portal: the finely sculpted Porta das Praterías ("Silversmiths Portal"). To the right, is the 70m-tall Torre del Reloj (Clock Tower) dating from the late 17C, and to the left, the Treasure Tower. From the other side of the square, behind the fountain with its horses, note the Baroque façade of the Casa del Cabildo. Just to the left, the former Bank of Spain building now houses a museum dedicated to pilgrimages.
