The Michelin Guide's review
This part of the sierra, white, yellow and ochre, is gullied in a mesas shape, evoking a fortress in ruins. A footpath leads to Cerro El Alcázar (1 650m), which served as a refuge in 1630 for the Huarpe chief, Huazihul, and where, according to legend, he faced the Spanish and lost his life.
