The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
This 3.5ha-botanical garden was created in 1906 by Mme Cognacq, née Jaÿ. Today it is managed by the National Natural History Museum. The garden stretches out on a steep slope above the village, boasting pools, pathways and waterfalls. Around 2,500 species of wild plants from the main mountains of the world's temperate regions are organised geographically and ecologically.
