Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park

 Michelin Guide
 Well worth the diversions
Natural site
  The Michelin Guide's review
Grey limestone peaks, forests, mangroves, lakes and bays make up the enchanting landscapes of Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park, which extends to the south of Hua Hin, along the Gulf of Thailand. Budding ornithologists will marvel at the colonies of migratory birds which stop over here. Those who favour more leisurely pursuits will appreciate the park's white sandy beaches lapped by the turquoise sea (such as Laem Sala), while hikers can explore the jagged ridges that stretch along the "Mountain with Three Hundred Peaks".
