This Art Nouveau residence was built in 1903 by architect Jules Brunfaut (1852-1942) and decorated by Frenchmen Louis Majorelle and Émile Gallé, founder of the Nancy School. Next door is the "Les Hiboux" building, designed by Édouard Pelseneer in 1899.
