The Michelin Guide's review
The scenic drive to this Benedictine monastery offers lovely glimpses of the sparkling waters of Lake Memphrémagog, dominated by the Appalachian Mountains. The monastery was founded in 1912, but most of the edifice, distinguishable by an impressive steeple, was designed by the famous monk architect Dom Paul Bellot. The monks are famous for their Gregorian chants and the cheese produced and sold on the premises.
